Brian and Erin are awesome! I went to many Dealerships that rejected me, before coming across this place. My credit score was poor but Erin and Brian got me into a nice Jeep. This place is small but definitely worth stopping in. The team here is not pushy what so ever, only dealer I've ever been to that doesn't push a sale. The best part is you pick the car you want and they work very hard to get you that car not one they want you to buy. I was able to find pretty much my dream truck and I couldn't be happier thanks to the team at merrimack auto sport

I wish I could give more stars! Bill was amazing answered all of my questions even the many dumb ones. Very nice & super patient, not pushy or aggressive. Test drove a couple SUV. Finally settled on a beautiful silver Nissan rogue. They put new rotors in for me. Did the inspection sticker. We opted for an additional warranty. Got us financing through st Mary’s credit Union which everyone is saying is the place for best rates. I highly recommend!

I didn't realize I was charged with a 25% APR on a used vehicle, that whoever owned it before me use cheap aftermarket replacement part until a year later... However it served it's purpose, I just traded that vehicle for a 2016 newer model SUV ,however I appreciate them ... It was a stepping stone, they did their best to get me something I needed ,Now I have something I wanted. Thanks Fellas

So far so very good, obviously time will tell as per long term relationship. But the initial buying process was simple with no pressure. I let them know my wants and needs (and being from MA ,they made sure I was set with all the paperwork). They found me an SUV I so far love within my price range and worked to make sure I was happy. Even with ...the worst credit I've ever had in my life they got me approved and didn't treat me like a second class citizen due to poor credit. Would definitely recommend and have handed out their business cards to co workers.

I highly recommend going here. My boyfriend and I went here after going to a ton of other car lots. A lot of the cars at the other lots were too expensive or we felt pressured to buy from the dealer without being able to discuss our decision. Here, there was no pressure. Bill Murray worked with us to find a car that was affordable for us. The car is amazing too!

Honestly this has to be one of the best dealerships I have dealt with and I’ve only ever dealt with 2 others buying a vehicle and many others on between searching for a vehicle. Billy and Brian are great they listen understand and empathize with no judgment. I bought my first vehicle through them in December 2020 well fast forward to March 2021 my vehicle was totaled in a hit and run while parked outside of my residence at 4am. It was an awful 4am wake up call too say the least. It happened on a Saturday I called billy and Brian that Monday letting them know what happened they had me another vehicle the next day. If youre shopping for something no matter your credit they will help you and they will work on it until they can get you in something. My experience with MAS has been great. I found a SUV in my price range(never had an SUV) and the transaction was quick and seemless. I believe anyone can buy a car anywhere, but the customer service and attention to detail is what sells that car. That's what you get at Merrimack Autosport. To say that this place goes above and beyond for their customers is an huge understatement!!!! The customer service here is beyond anything that I have ever experience elsewhere. They will make sure that your needs are more than met. I was worried about whether they would be able to help my peculiar case having a bad credit. But they did what most could not. You need a car to get into then this is the place to go. Brian, Bill and Connor are awesome with great salesmanship and just all around good people. They worked on making sure I would be able get into the vehicle I wanted not what they wanted. 3 days after meeting with them I drove off their lot with my GORGEOUS SUV. From the time we walked in the door they were friendly, professional, just the the most helpful to get us into an amazing vehicle even though we didn't have much money to put down and bad credit. I visited a Merrimack AutoSport a couple of times and came extremely close to purchasing a vehicle but ultimately it wasn't the best decision for me. However, I wanted to make sure I left a review about my experience working with Brian because it was very smooth and honest. The car was in excellent condition and at a great price but like I said, ultimately it wasn't the best decision for me right now. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a new (used) car.

We purchased our car from Merrimack AutoSoort in August after looking for a while at other dealerships. The other dealerships gave us a lot of run around. They did the whole “let me talk to my manager” thing just to make you wait an extra half an hour and try to wear you down. Some dealerships showed a car online but then “didn’t have that car on their lot” ploy to get you to come in and find something else. Merrimack AutoSport didn’t play any of these games. It’s a small dealership but they were honest as fair and gave us the best car buying experience I’ve ever had.

I recently found myself in need of a truck for work. My credit was tanked for this reason or that and i was having no luck getting a deal i could live with. lots of places would turn me down or nail me down with 25% interest rates. When I called Brian and explained my situation he got right on board helping me out. In no time at all he got me approved with a monthly payment i could afford at 16.99%. that might be high for some but for me it was the best offer out of at least a dozen places.
